Since you suffer from habitual constipation also therefore your treatment would include a laxative and a remedy for pile.
Rx
i) Capsule Hemorex 1 BD for 7 days with water
ii) Capsule Surelax 1 OD at night time, after meals with cold water
iii) Sitz bath: sit in a tub full of luke warm water and a pinch of salt.
iv) Apply Kasisadi Tail on the pile mass daily and in and around anus before passing stool.
Take plenty of dietary fibers, a cup of hot milk daily at nighttime. Drink lot of water and always go for a walk. Cut down on tea and coffee and soft drinks.
